Worldwide Bridle Delivery Available
FREE UK Delivery on all orders over £150.00
UK Orders over £150.00 are granted Free Delivery, these will be sent out via our Standard first class delivery service (Usually 2 – 3 business days)
Standard Delivery: UK and Channel Islands - £4.95
Orders to the UK can be sent out via our Standard first class delivery service (Usually 2 – 3 business days) Please note that although we use best UK couriers, deliveries cannot be 100% guaranteed due to weather disruption and occasional problems with drivers on a local depot level.
We do not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over a weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.
UK Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm - Order Before 2pm £8.95
Available for in stock items ordered before 2pm Monday – Thursday.
This service includes tracking updates via email and text messages.
Please note: We cannot guarantee this service to certain UK postcodes such as: Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and the Scottish Highlands & Islands.
Delivery to Republic of Ireland & Europe £14.95
France, Spain, Germany etc.
All international orders will be posted via Royal Mail tracked / signed for service.
Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order for Republic of Ireland and Europe we ask that you allow 7 business days.
Certain countries may encounter Customs charges, these are dictated by the particular country and as such we have no control over what they may be.
Please speak to your country’s tax office before placing an order if you wish to know if additional charges will occur. Vortex Equestrian will not be held responsible for any customs delays on delivery.
International Delivery: £22.95
USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada etc.
